What Can You Bring?

You can bring an empty water bottle into the festival. Glass and metal bottles are not permitted. Bug spray and sunscreen must be non-aerosol. You cannot bring small handheld fans into the festival. Blankets and towels to sit on are allowed in the festival.

Festival Approved Bags

The festival has a generous bag policy. Bags do not have to be clear and need to be approximately a regular backpack size or smaller. Empty camelbak style water bags are allowed in as well.

The Experience

The festival is held in Chicago, IL at Douglass park. There is no camping at the festival, but there's plenty of local places to stay. While at the festival you'll experience live music and access to carnival rides, side shows, and more!

What do the different ticket levels mean? The general admission passes get you access to the festival and the ability to watch all the stages. The other ticket options contain more amenities. Depending on the ticket package you purchase you get access to the VIP tent, drink tickets, and more!

Must have tips for Riot Fest? You can bring in blankets or towels to sit on at the festival. Riot Fest recommends taking public transportation to the festival. The CTA is an easy way to get to the festival.
