Shipping policy

We strive to ship our items quickly after ordering.  Due to the care we take in putting together our packages and because we offer customized items we ask that if you are ordering for a specific festival that you place your order at least weeks before you need to leave for your festival.  If you do not have three weeks please reach out to us via email at Support@TheFestivalMoms.com to make sure we can get your package to you in time!  We know that a lot of thought goes into your festival prep and this allows us extra time to address any issues that may come up during transit (such as lost or delayed packages).  Our orders generally ship within a few days of placing your order.  In some cases we may allow customers to place an order to be picked up on site at a festival or nearby.  In those cases if you do not select a shipping method we will have your order ready for you at your designated pickup location, date, and time.
