What Can You Bring?

The festival allows you to bring empty reusable water bottles that are either plastic or aluminum into Centeroo. You can also bring blankets and towels to sit on. Battery-operated portable fans are also permitted. You cannot bring in chairs or inflatable couches.

Festival Approved Bags

Inside of Centeroo the approved bags are limited to clear bags that are no bigger than 12" x 12" x 6." You can also bring in waist and fanny packs (there is not requirement for these to be clear). Small clutches can be brought in as long as they are not larger than 6" x 9." Empty hydration packs with up to 2 pockets can also be brought in.

The Experience

Bonnaroo is split into the main area (Centeroo) and the camping area (Outeroo). In Centeroo you'll find the music along with other activities such as parades, the Roo Run, a ferris wheel, water slides, a market, and more! The Outeroo has multiple campsites and the campsites are filled with plazas where you can find different activities, secret shows, and more!

What do the different ticket levels mean? The tickets for 2023 are separated by tickets for Centeroo and tickets for Outeroo. You'll need to grab Outeroo tickets in addition to Centeroo tickets if you plan on camping. There's a variety of upgrades from GA that you can purchase along with a variety of different camping options available.

Must Have Tips for Bonnaroo? Bonnaroo is filled with activities! Not only will you want to make sure you keep an eye on the lineup and have your setlist picked out you'll also want to take a look at the Bonnaroo website so you can plan all of the activities you're interested in.

History

It took a brief hiatus during 2020 for the Pandemic and again in 2021 for flooding issues related to Hurricane Ida. The festival grounds are often referred to as the farm since the ground used to be farm land. Bonnaroo has been recognized for it's effort in being a green and sustainable festival.
